It is obvious other members are desperately needed to fill this forum up and get it off the ground. I suggesst finding other forums that have a place to advertise other forms, much like this one does.
I also suggest making a banner and putting it everyones signatures on other sites with a link leading to this one?
PMing at random is all well and good but talking to friends and telling them to pass it on often leaves a more positive impact.
I have used all these tactics. So I think we should all pitch in and do some shameless advertising so we can have more users and get this place populated.
